Wirral & District Amateur Radio Club

Formed 34 years ago in January 1978, we provide a meeting place for those interested in all aspects of the world-wide hobby of  Amateur Radio and Short Wave listening within reach of Wirral.

Our HQ is located at Irby Cricket Club where we meet at 8pm on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month.  An excellent, central location with spacious parking.  As a visitor, you will be most welcome at any of our Club meetings.

D&W on Wednesday is at the Black Horse in Lower Heswall, a popular location with all members.  We will be found just after 9pm enjoying a good 'Grump', intermixed with the latest developments in radio, electronics, phones and software.  See you there ?
