Access Information
Steps
The church and church hall have no steps to enter the buildings.
The church has four quite steep steps between the nave (where the congregation sits) and the chancel (where the altar is). There are handrails fitted but if the steps are too difficult and you wish to receive communion at a Eucharist service, please let a sidesman or warden (the people standing at the back of church) know and they will arrange for you to receive communion at your seat.
Wheelchairs
There is easy access into the church and hall for wheelchairs via their main enrances. The front pews in the church are shorter to allow wheelchair users to sit in the main congregation.
Loop System
The church has an induction loop fitted to the sound system. Hearing Aid users can use it by switching their aids to the 'T' position.
Toilets
There is one toilet in the church (through the choir vestry). Wheelchair access to this toilet is difficult. The church hall has male and female toilets by the main entrance as well as an easy access toilet in the hall extension (through the main hall).
