The Chaplaincy centre offers a place to meet friends, to relax between lectures and to drink tea or coffee. Anyone is welcome to call in at anytime between 9.30am and 5pm. The Chaplains and Chaplaincy Assistant are available to talk with anyone who wishes. In addition, a programme of events and Services is organised, details of which are available each term from the Chaplaincy.
On Thursday 17 October 1996 a special Open Day is being held when all are welcome to come into the Chaplaincy to inspect the alterations, chat to the Chaplains and students, and enjoy a free cup of tea or coffee. The day culminates at 4pm with a Service to officially re-open and re-dedicate the Chaplaincy and its work and ministry. The Archdeacon of Liverpool, the Venerable Bob Metcalf, will take part and give a brief address on that occasion. There will be some light refreshments served after the service which will give the opportunity to meet other friends and supporters of the Chaplaincy.
