Mary-Elizabeth Raw (BVSc 1972) has been awarded the John Henry Steele Memorial Medal of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
Emeritus Professor F W Walbank has been awarded the degree of Doctor of Humane Letters (honoris causa) from the University of Louisville, USA. Emeritus Professor Walbank has also been 'commissioned a Kentucky Colonel' by the Governor of that State. This is the highest honour awarded by the State of Kentucky.
