Mr M J
Kelly, a 5th year student, has received the Stafford Miller Award for a
written protocol on an elective research study on dental erosion and caries in a
group of young swimmers; Mr S Brindley, a 5th year student, has been
awarded £500, plus £500 for the Unit of Prosthetics Dentistry, for achieving 1st
place in the 1994 Steradent/BDA Denture Quiz; and Miss A M Fowell, a 4th
year student, was awarded 2nd place in the above competition.
