At their AGM on Friday 2 May, the University of Liverpool Pensioners' Club celebrated its Tenth Anniversary. Throughout the 10 year history of the club, members have been able to enjoy a variety of social activities including outings, visits to the theatre, Annual Christmas Lunches, visits to industrial establishments, cheese and wine parties and weekend visits to beauty spots. Future events include trips to Bodelwyddan, the newly-opened Conservation Centre and a weekend in Amsterdam. Members are also entitled to concessionary rates when using the University swimming pool.
