The University regrets to announce the death of the following:
Dr Roger Malcolm Richard Barnes, Head of the Department of Immunology since its inception in 1978 and Consultant Immunologist at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital.
Mr Martin Geoffrey Binks, Lecturer in the Department of Psychology from 1968 until December 1998.
Mr James Alexander Bruce, a member of Council from 1978 to 1993 and a member of Court since 1965.
Dr Robert Henry Hunter, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Earth Sciences and a member of staff since 1987.
