WHAT MERSEYSIDE CYCLING CAMPAIGN CAN OFFER YOU!

a bicycle made for three!YOU'RE NOT ALONE! Riding a bike in a city dominated by cars can be quite a daunting experience, so it's good to know that there are lots of other people on Merseyside who share your views. By joining us you'll be joining many other kindred spirits.

WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE! In a world designed almost exclusively for cars it's difficult to imagine it being any different. But the tide is turning as local and national government realise that they can't continue to cater for endless car traffic-growth. At Merseyside Cycling Campaign we have helped to influence traffic planning in Merseyside so that the needs of cyclists are catered for - and in some cases even given priority.

BIKES ARE THE FUTURE! Many of us are committed cyclists because we've seen the future and it's got 2 wheels - not 4! When you join you'll see lots of examples of how people live life on 2 wheels. As a cyclist yourself you'll have the encouragement and support of others.

cycling to schoolSHOUT ABOUT IT! By using a bike instead of a car (even if it's only sometimes) you're acting in a responsible way, trying to live a life which is sustainable and that doesn't degrade our planet. That's something to be proud of! At Merseyside Cycling Campaign we let people know what we're doing - and why we're doing it.

YOU MIGHT ALREADY KNOW THIS! You may even do some of these things yourself. By joining us you'll be adding your weight to an organisation which has a growing reputation - in the city and beyond.

JOIN US! Your membership will mean more resources (both human and financial) to help the campaign. In return you'll have access to a huge pool of shared experience; an impressive network of contacts... and most of all, lots of ready-made, like-minded friends!
