Coverdale Puppet Show

We were very pleased to welcome the Coverdale Puppets to School this week. All the children gathered to watch ‘Another Christmas Carol’, an unusual and entertaining version of ‘A Christmas Carol’ by Charles Dickens.

Characters included ‘Scrounge’ instead of ‘Scrooge’, ‘Bob Marley’ instead of ‘Jacob Marley’ and the ‘Scratchit’ family instead of the ‘Crachitts’!

Scrounge came to know the error of his ways when he was told the real meaning of Christmas.

The show was great fun, included some good music and was much enjoyed by all age groups.
