Our aims are to:
- Support and assist Black and ethnic individuals and organisations from across Merseyside
access; Enterprise, Education and Vocational Training opportunities.
- Operate as a Community Trade Centre providing information on enterprise from Merseyside and Africa.
Our objectives are to:
- Organise enterprise awareness programes i.e.
exhibitions, seminars, business skills pogrammes and export relative activities.
- Create and develop trade and cultural links Locally, Nationally and in particular with overseas countries i.e.
African and Caribbean countries.
- Organise education support services i.e.
accessing scholarships, grants, loans and bursaries from Local, National and International educational agencies.
- In addition we also encourage young Black people aged 16-25+ from the inner city area of Toxteth to acquire skills for self employment.

Education:
We have had 37 enquiries over the past six months relating to Education. The majority of these clients are overseas students, mainly from Africa, requiring financial support to complete their studies.
